Bency Beals is the founder of Ignite Transformational Living and a passionate coach, speaker, and trainer. As a certified trainer and coach with the Joh Maxwell team, she delivers workshops, seminars, coaching, and keynote speeches across various industries.

With over 18 years of experience working for Verizon as a Sales Executive, Leader, Customer Service/Sales Trainer and Leadership Coach, Bency is driven to help others find purpose, direction, and success in their personal and professional lives. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership.

Bency is also passionate about education and community service. As a way to serve her community, Bency served as a school board member at Warren Township High School in Gurnee, Illinois. She is also active in her church community as a youth leader and event planner. She invests time and effort into what matters most by being present with her family and helping others in her community. Bency also offers Leadership and Personal Growth training to churches and schools. Most recently, Bency joined 140 Maxwell Coaches to lead transformation in Panama.

Through Ignite Transformational Living, Bency is able to expand her reach across the country and globally, to help others find success and a clear path forward.

Bency is married to Tobias and has four boys ages 20, 19, 18, and 2. She is based in Columbia, SC, but travels nationwide for leadership training and speaking engagements. She offers professional development services in and around Columbia, Lexington, SC, and Charlotte, NC.
